Extra support is available in 1-hour increments at your active package rate: weekly A$51.50/hour, fortnightly A$47.50/hour, or monthly A$42.50/hour. Without an active package, A$55/hour applies. All rates include GST. Additional work is agreed before it begins, subject to availability.
可按1小时加购：当前周包 A$51.50/小时、双周包 A$47.50/小时、月包 A$42.50/小时；无有效套餐则按 A$55/小时。以上均含 GST，额外工作会提前确认费用与排期。
月包按每个日历月20小时计算，不代表每周固定5小时。网站和系统等独立项目另行报价。
Monthly packages include 20 hours per calendar month, rather than a fixed 5 hours every week. Website and systems projects are quoted separately.
